Returns & Refunds Policy

Last updated: 4 November 2026

If you change your mind, you can cancel your order and return your items within 14 days. This page explains your statutory right of cancellation under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, how to return an item, and how refunds work.

1. Your right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. If you order several items in one order that are delivered separately, the period expires 14 days after the day you, or that third party, take physical possession of the last item.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us, [To be completed: Full legal name of the business and legal form], [To be completed: Registered / trading address of the business], email: [email protected], of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (for example an email). You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is enough for you to send your notice before the cancellation period has expired.

2. Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (but not any extra cost of a delivery method more expensive than our cheapest standard delivery that you chose). We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back the goods, or, if earlier, 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have sent back the goods.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which you tell us that you are cancelling. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Return costs: [To be completed: Who pays return postage, e.g. "You bear the direct cost of returning the goods" or "Returns are free of charge"]

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. In practice, you may try clothes on as you would in a shop, but please do not wear, wash or alter them, and keep the original labels attached.

3. Exceptions to the right to cancel

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (for example custom-made or monogrammed items);
  • sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery (for example underwear, swimwear or earrings supplied with a hygiene seal, where the seal has been removed).

Where an exception applies, we show this clearly on the product page before you buy. Your rights for faulty goods are not affected.

4. How to return an item

  1. Tell us within 14 days of receiving your order: email [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you are returning, or use the model form below.
  2. We confirm your cancellation by email and send you the return instructions and return address.
  3. Pack the items securely, ideally in the original packaging, with labels attached, and include your order number.
  4. Send the parcel within 14 days of telling us that you are cancelling. We recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.
  5. Receive your refund to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the items (or your proof of return, if earlier). We will email you when the refund has been issued. Your bank may need a few more days to show it.

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item as described above and place a new order for the item you want. This means you receive your new item as quickly as possible, while stocks last.

6. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, or is not what you ordered, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and a photo. We will pay the reasonable cost of returning it and offer a repair, replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights. UK customers have a short-term right to reject faulty goods for a full refund within 30 days of delivery under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. EU customers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years. These rights are in addition to your 14-day right to cancel. See section 9 of our Terms of Service.

7. Model cancellation form
